Placing an offering in the collection plate on Sunday morning isn’t the only way to financially support the mission and ministry of French River Lutheran Church. Below are a variety of other options to consider!

Online Giving:

Make one-time or recurring donations from your bank, credit or debit card through our secure online giving site: VANCO ONLINE GIVING

Mobile Giving:

Download the “Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to donate from your smartphone.

Automatic Bill Pay:

Set up recurring transfers or payments from your bank or credit card to make ongoing donations.

Shares of Stock:

Donating shares of stock to FRLC as a “transfer in kind” avoids paying capital gains tax, and allows you to deduct the fair-market value of the stock on your income tax return as a charitable donation (subject to IRS limits).

IRA Distributions:

If you are age 70½ or older, you may make a contribution directly from your traditional IRA to FRLC, tax-free.  You can donate up to $100,000, but must follow the IRS’s rules for qualified charitable distributions (QCDs), also called charitable IRA rollovers. This will also count toward meeting your required minimum distribution.

Legacy Gifts:

Set up a planned future gift by designating a gift to FRLC in your will.
